WHAT IS BIG SKY FIT KIDS?
Big
Sky Fit Kids is a FREE activity and nutrition program for
Montana youth. The 3-month program,
February 1 - May 1 is a positive way to teach
kids about the
importance of being physically active
and that fitness is fun!

Team Captain will be
email weekly activity, nutrition, and breakfast tips to
share with the team.

Team Member
miles will be recorded on the
FREE large
wall chart supplied
by mail to all Team Captains.

Team
Captains will report the team's mileage monthly online March 1, April 1, & May 1.
-
Kids
receive an
individual mileage
sheet to record personal activity. Each
12 minutes of physical activity counts as
1 mile. Each 60 minutes of physical activity counts as
5 miles. (sheets can also be downloaded at this site)

Teams submitting team miles for all
3 months will be placed
in a drawing to win one of three
$500 monetary awards!

Option! Teams completing
"Fruits & Veggies Makes a Difference" for the 3 months will
also be entered into a drawing for a
$500 award!

WHO’S
ON A BSFK TEAM?
-
Each
team needs an ADULT Team Captain.
(FREE Team Captain T-shirt
included! Team BSFK shirts are available for a minimal cost)

Each
team may have 10-30 members on their roster.
-
Team members must be
under the age of 18.
-
Teams
may consist of student from school classes, members of 4-H clubs,
after school programs, church youth groups, scout troops, even
brothers and sisters!
